MACELLERIA SORBA CARNI

The Sorba family has been selecting and selling cuts of meat for three generations. Marco, the owner, chooses trusted breeding farms between Asti and Langa. His son Ivan serves in the town’s shop (and there is no shortage of truffles that he personally picks); David manages the shop in the Quarto Inferiore district (via Coardi 57, tel. 0141293804). Everything here is top quality: roasts, spare ribs, fillets, strip steaks, braised meats, steaks, sausage, cacciatorini salami, boar salami and cooked salami. Ivan’s mother makes agnolotti and other specialties every day.
