SALUMIFICIO TABACCHETTI

Tabacchetti is synonymous with extraordinary cured meat since 1964. The historic speciality is smoked lard with Barbera. And then muletta, truffle salami, cured salami in natural casing or dressed with Barbera and garlic in the old-fashioned manner, the cotechino "corrected" with a litre of grappa, ideal for the cold months.
