Paola and Giorgio Gherlone's bakery has a gem in those delicious crackers to eat as a snack or to accompany cured meat or cheese: in the classic version and then with olives, with chilli pepper, with rosemary, with onion, with sesame, with tomatoes, with walnuts. The strong point of the bakery, which has been in operation for forty years, is also the bread (rustic without fats and country style) and the hand-stretched grissini, with water - lighter and crispier - with olive oil, with sesame and with walnuts.
