Our family has been making wine for many years, combining methods that are as respectful as possible of the land and the environment, using low-impact products combined with modern technologies. Our quality objectives are achieved by favoring pruning with few shoots, green harvesting in late July, and paying particular attention to pressing in the cellar. We use a horizontal press with a gentle pressing of the grapes.
