LA LOCANDA DEL BOSCOGRANDE

Talking about charm is a big deal, but Locanda del Boscogrande, over time, continues to be a wonderful way to enjoy healthy, tasty, and captivating food, with a strong connection to traditional flavors, respecting the changing seasons. The location is wonderful, with a breathtaking view, and then there are the intimate dining rooms and the pool, for those staying overnight. Add to this the courtesy of the punctual yet discreet service, and you'll understand that this is the right place, nestled among the Barbera vineyards, to savor the Monferrato.

The menu is absolutely delightful; the hand-chopped beef and veal with tuna sauce are perfect, but the peppers with anchovies are also excellent. And these are the appetizers (€11). Then there are the first courses (€11) with agnolotti with roast beef sauce and tajarin pasta served in various sauces. Among the main courses (€13), in addition to the classic Fassone steak, don't miss the truly successful rabbit terrine, and the veal or guinea fowl rounds. The chocolate tart is truly remarkable, and among the desserts (€7), it's definitely the most convincing. A wonderful experience, as usual.
