Il Buonvicino

Il Buonvicino is a family run agriturismo and B&B situated in the hills of South Monferrato: typical Piedmontese cuisine, possibility to overnight and organization of events. Immersed in greenery, a few kilometers from Alessandria and Acqui Terme, Il Buonvicino is the ideal destination for families, couples and friends who want to enjoy a unique experience of relaxation and peace of mind among the hills of Monferrato, where each season has its perfumes and colors which are unique and unmistakable. The agriturismo is ideal for rediscovering the corners of north Piedmont rich in history, staying independently from the private and business life of the owners. The farm is typical of the Monferrato area and has been recently renovated following the architectural dictates of the nearby medieval village of Cassine. Our cuisine is seasonal, territorial and traditional Piedmontese, inspired by the principles of circular cooking which minimizes waste. We specialize in fresh pasta: agnolotti al Plin, tagliolini al coltello and ravioli di magro. We serve our first courses with particular dressings which include, among others, rocket pesto and dried cherry tomatoes, black garlic, wild herbs. Our menu also includes the renowned traditional classics such as Russian salad, peppers filled with green sauce, caponet, tartrà, but also mozzarella in carozza and panissa. We only use products of our lands and the menu changes according to the what is available daily. Upon booking, we offer cuisine for vegetarians, vegans and menus for guests with a particular intolerance.
