Compagnia del Cioccolato - Tavoletta del Monferrato

Fans of the "food of the gods" will be spoiled for choice with Slitti, Mannori, La Molina, Marangoni, Zuccarello, Rococo, Donna Elvira, and the gianduiotti from Giordano and Gobino. The Cocchi pralines, filled with Barolo Chinato and Grappa Dorée, are exceptional. Venchi and Domori also offer a wide selection of products, including various gianduia spreads, De Bondt spices, and some special wines to pair with chocolate. This is one of the headquarters of the Compagnia del Cioccolato Association, housed in the Bava winery's wine shop. Guided tastings are available by reservation.
