CAV. VINCENZI FRANCO
We have Giacinto Moriondo to thank for the amaretti of Mombaruzzo, a De.Co product since 2007. Bursar of Casa Savoia, he made the biscuits created by his Sicilian wife his own: a blend of sweet and bitter almonds which his fellow townsmen liked so much that they are still made to this day. In addition to the classic form, Vincenzi also proposes them in the coffee, the lemon, the mandarin and the gianduia version.
