Bistrot Cavour

The historical Hotel Alli Due Buoi Rossi is home to a new restaurant designed for the residents of Alessandria and the hotel guests. Chef Sara Zanotto will be at the helm of the new Bistrot Cavour of Alessandria. A few uncomplicated ingredients, combined in a delicious and original manner: simplicity is a serious thing and it expresses itself daily through her creative vein that loves to leave a tangible footprint of her unconventional cooking rich in emotions. A new culinary journey with solid roots in traditional Piedmont cuisine but which also lets the diner "play" with food, which here becomes true interaction, through shapes, colors and flavors.
