Tenuta Tenaglia is located on one of the highest hills in the Casale Monferrato area, approximately 450 meters above sea level, nestled in a natural amphitheater of vineyards that frame the Crea Sanctuary and the Sacro Monte Natural Park, a World Heritage Site since 2003. It was here that the estate's founder, Giorgio Tenaglia, Governor of Moncalvo, wanted to create a winemaking oasis in the 17th century, where he could retreat and meditate before and after his battles. Since 2000, the company has been run with passion and dedication by the Italian-German Ehrmann family, committed to producing excellent Monferrato wines. Today, the estate is not only among the most renowned wineries in the area, but is also an artistic and cultural center, a meeting place of international scope: the estate hosts and organizes projects, initiatives, and art events of various kinds, with the aim of bringing people closer to an ideal of beauty that encompasses wine, art, and culture.
