The fruit purées of the Buono Sano Piemonte consortium have names that bring out the child in us: Peralo, Melalo, Pescalo, Albicoccalo, Mirtillolo, Prugnalo and Carotalo, seven like Snow White’s dwarves. They are enjoying great success at Eataly and are made by Giuseppe Baldino with two producers from Asti (Tessitore and Valle) and three from Roero (Frea, Nada and Borio), using only fruit grown according to a project that guarantees freshness, authenticity and taste.
