Tantì - Fedal

Tantì has reinvented the authentic Piedmontese chickpea pancake ready to be cooked in the home oven and enjoyed in just 15 minutes. The preparation, already perfectly dosed, is also available without rosemary or without lactose, with porcini mushrooms, onions and cheese to suit all tastes. Today the range of Tantì also includes preparations for desserts such as hazelnut cake, amaretto cake, castagnaccio (chestnut cake), maisotto and ceciotto. In Nizza, and in Turin in the Nuovo Ristorantino Tantì (via Baretti, 8/bis) from March 2013, there is the possibility to taste the chickpea pancake together with other specialities linked to the territory and to the seasons.
