Our company, founded in 2005 from a long family tradition of growing grapes, is located in the Tortona hills, in Montemarzino, on the ridge between the Grue and Curone valleys. Our company is located in the Tortona hills, in the Curone valley, in the municipality of Montemarzino, a town in the province of Alessandria at an altitude of 448 meters, 38 km from the capital. Our history is that of winemakers, present in the Tortona area for over three generations. In 2005, the new Pomodolce brand was launched, which led to the creation of the eponymous winery. The company's philosophy is to produce grapes in accordance with the principles of organic viticulture, strictly excluding herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers in favor of natural products and animal-derived fertilizers. Among the wines produced, special mention goes to the area's two flagship wines: the native Timorasso Derthona, Barbera, Croatina, and Nebbiolo.
