PASTICCERIA AUSTA
Adriana Austa’s cakes are part of the Piedmontese tradition: Rustica with chocolate and amaretti, Classica with almonds and hazelnuts, Polentino based on corn flour and lemon scent, Tronchetto with raisins and Moscato, a shortcrust pastry cake with pears and chocolate chips. And then the Leggerissimi made with extra virgin olive oil and sugar, the baci of Costigliole and the amaretti.
