MACELLERIA GIORGIO ALEMANNI
Since 1979 he has been producing freshly prepared salami: raw and cooked salami, bacon, lard; and also fine cuts of veal from calves reared at Km 0. So the ravioli del plin is with Robiola of Roccaverano.
