Wine production began in 1977, solely for family use. In the following years, given the good quality and market demand, new vineyards were planted, including varietals other than the traditional ones in the area (Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Franc), to create new wines. Among the wines produced: Bricco Cascina Buzio - Barbera d'Asti DOCG, Bricco della Boemia - Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC, Monferace - Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC, Grenoli - Monferrato Bianco DOC.
