A brewery founded by a group of friends passionate about beer. Brewer Gian Paolo Camurri is the creator of: Prima Lux, a pale golden ale with six types of fresh hops; Laetitia, a light-bodied, particularly drinkable and thirst-quenching white beer; Occasum, a special amber beer flavored with hibiscus, cinnamon, orange, and ginger; Nocturna, a dark beer with a small percentage of dried smoked malts. Finally, Res Rosa, a special beer produced in 1,000 bottles to celebrate the brewery's anniversary, with hibiscus, a bit "Marsala"-like but pleasant and refreshing.
