ARBIORA
Robiola di Roccaverano, a DOP cheese since 1979, has one of its finest selectors and refiners, Gian Domenico Negro. Arbiora brings together producers dedicated to processing only goat's milk, offering a collection, aging, and marketing service. Milky white in color, round in shape, with a thicker and firmer rind as it ages, the robiola bearing the Arbiora brand is made exclusively with goat's milk (although the regulations allow the addition of cow's and sheep's milk) in the provinces of Asti and Alessandria.
