AGRITURISMO LA CA’ RUSA

The original vegetable jams prepared in Incisa Scapaccino are ideal with matured and fresh cheese, as well as with boiled meat and cured meat. The vegetables are chopped and cooked with 15% apple, lemon and sugar to make delicious jams of bell pepper, aubergine, celery, pumpkin, onion, carrot, fennel and hunchback cardoon. Everything can be tasted in the annexed agriturismo.
