AgriSalumeria Luiset

It was born from the passion of expert pork butcher Luigi Casetta and his family. The pigs are raised semi-wild and fattened on plant-based products on the family-owned farm, where they are also slaughtered. The cuts of meat are then hand-prepared for exquisite cured meats, available for purchase at Ferrere or at the other two locations in Alba and Turin. Try the cooked and roasted prosciutto, the Luiset with Barbaresco and truffle, the fried pork sausages, and the raw salami della Rosa.
