The Nuove Terme Thermal Establishment will re-open on Monday 14 April and stay open until Saturday 13 December 2025 The Thermal baths of Acqui go back two-thousand years to the foundation of the Roman Aquae Statiellae. Its hyperthermal (75° and 50°C) and sulfurous-sodium chloride-bromide-iodide springs have powerful therapeutic effects on a wide range of diseases. These include osteoarthritis and extra-articular rheumatism which benefit from mud-bathing therapy and spa treatments, a remedy which has always been recognized at the level of national spa tourism. National Health Service The National Health Service has recognized the importance of these effects on health and established Agreements with the spa facilities that allow access to the spa treatments upon payment of the ticket (€55) or the prescription (€3.10) fee only.
