LE DUE CASCINE

A farmhouse nestled on one of the beautiful hills above Canelli. You'll enjoy typical Monferrato cuisine, starting with appetizers: tongue in sauce, raw veal with shavings of Castelmagno cheese. First courses include braised beef ravioli or mushroom tajarin, and second courses include pork tenderloin with porcini mushrooms and roast guinea fowl. Homemade desserts include bonet (a kind of cake made with ricotta cheese), tiramisu, and pear and hazelnut cake. They have ten rooms.
