L'Acino d'Uva Enoagriturismo e Charme

L'Acino d'Uva is a charming wine agriturismo situated in Cunico, in the province of Asti and surrounded by the scenic hills and vineyards of Monferrato. The 18th century farmhouse is characterised by an imposing red facade and avails of 5 elegant double rooms and two comfortable suites which are named after famous Piedmontese wines produced here. L'Acino d'Uva also has common spaces, including the Breakfast Room, in which local traditional products (biscuits, fresh milk and yogurt, homemade jams, seasonal fruit, Piedmontese cured meat and cheese) are served; the Tasting Room to taste local wine and other typical products of the area; the Reading Room and the Solarium with panoramic terrace to enjoy moments of total relaxation. A characterising element of the wine agriturismo L’Acino d’Uva is the truffle growing area, i.e. the wood close to the facility where the guests can experiment the hunt and collection of white and black truffles, which will be followed by tasting of the truffles found. Furthermore, the wine agriturismo is located in a strategic position in the Monferrato area of Asti, an area rich in historical (numerous castles of various ages), artistic (e.g. Romanesque route) and sports (walks, mountain bike, golf, horse trekking) routes.
