Attention to detail, care for nature, and a love of agricultural tradition are fundamental to La Nuova Valle Pic Nic. Founded in 2002, our farm spans 120 hectares of organically farmed land. Here, we raise cattle and pigs in semi-wild conditions, respecting the slow and authentic pace of rural life. The quality of our meats and cured meats is guaranteed by artisanal production and direct sales at the farm shop. At La Nuova Valle Pic-Nic, we offer a variety of quality: from tasty asado to crispy ribs to roast pork shank. Florentine steak and tagliata, our signature dishes, are always on our menu. And for those with a sweet tooth, we offer homemade desserts, always fresh, ready to delight.
