Agriturismo Vigna Santa produces a selection of typical recipes based on genuine and natural products. The farmhouse, which has been carefully renovated, is open on weekdays and weekends. The specialties feature ravioli and fresh "home made" pasta: from tagliolini to tagliatelle, from maccheroncini to gnocchi. The wine deserves a separate chapter: labels which, above all, tell the story of the vineyards of the Colli Tortonesi.
