Azienda Agricola La Federica

Federica is a farm which has historically produced cereals and forage and reared cattle and horses. Today it also offers accommodation, catering, and event realization, as well as an equine insemination and horse boarding service. The ancient building with a central courtyard and small church dominated by the tower make Federica a small exclusive village where tranquility and nature create an optimal environment to spend quiet and restful moments, experience fantastic and memorable events. Over the years, our cuisine has become specialized in 0-mileage menus which use our products and those of other farms, preferably organic, to rediscover the flavors of the past, paying honor to the territory and to the historical-cultural aspect of the cuisine. We like to build our menus ad hoc for every need: filled and non-filled pasta, risottos and other dishes are cooked following ancient recipes, revisited to make them easier to digest and more agreeable to today's palate. The meat is from local breeding farms, just like the wines we serve which are made from the vineyards of the surrounding hills and attentively selected by wine experts.
