Roccaverano is a unique outstanding product, made by hand and with a thousand-year long history.
It is produced in a restricted territory according to strict regulations which guarantee quality and connection to an authentic territory.
The experience, besides the workshop and a gastronomic and cultural tour to discover the secrets of Roccaverano DOP, also includes an e-bike tour through the hills, pastures and production villages and tasting in one of the wineries along the Aromatic Wine Road.
Note Meet with our cycle tour guide in the central Piazza Barbero of Roccaverano for a fun route through the production hills. To follow, with the personnel of the Consortium, tasting of Roccaverano DOP, winner of Italian Cheese Awards 2021. Leave the bikes, visit and tasting in winery.
